Great service! On time and completed the job in short order. Jason did a fantastic job installing a new hot water tank, and then quickly dispatched several other small tasks that needed fixing. Overall, the best service we’ve experienced in a long time. That’s why we continue to use their services. Top shelf! Terry A., Bethesda, MD

From start to finish this was an amazing job. The teams were efficient, friendly, polite, and clean. We had lights and switches installed in 8 spaces- all left incredibly clean. Very happy the job done by Junior, Luigi, Alanda, and several others.

Shawn was great! He was prompt, prepared, and knowledgeable. His quick but quality work was exactly what we discussed and came at the estimated cost. The ceiling fans look and work great, and we would be very happy to work with Shawn again for any future needs!

First time using Castro and I was impressed. They came out right away to check out the job and prices are reasonable. The tech was professional and nice! They did a great job! Thank you!

Imagine a business where you walk in and all the products on the shelves have no price. You ask the cashier how much something costs and they say you have to pay $5 to know the price. Would you shop at that store? No, of course not.
Well this company does exactly that. They refuse to give you a cost estimate, no matter how basic the job or how detailed you describe the problem, until you pay them $70 to come out to your house.
For the love of all that is good, please please do NOT normalize this greedy practice by giving this company or any company that does this your business. There are many honest services out there that offer free cost estimates and don't try to manipulate you to buy their products. They'll say the fee is to compensate for the time that the technicians spend coming out, but that's just being dishonest. That $70 sure as hell ain't going to the worker. If they're being dishonest before you even hire them, think about what else they'd be dishonest about.
Please stay away. I don't want to live in a world where I have to pay money to know how much something costs.
